We will discuss the development application at 5576 Yonge St.
 

The application is to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a mixed-use development with two residential towers of 35 storeys (112.99 metres) and 25 storeys (80.37 metres) in height. Each tower has a 3 storey podium having retail uses the east building adjacent to Yonge Street.
 

The proposed gross floor area is 40,906 square metres for residential, 507 square metres for non-residential, and 11.44 for Floor Space Index. A total of 608 dwelling units are proposed. A two level underground parking garage would provide 101 vehicle parking spaces and 498 bicycle parking spaces.
