Seems the OMB/OLT has rejected BCNA's
appeal,.... the City of Toronto is now free to
proceed with Homeless Shelter,.. err,... I mean
Modular Supportive Housing onto front lawn of
Willowdale Manor Senior Residence at 175 Cummer,...
and with NO Age Restriction! The previous Senior
Only Zoning has been ruled invalid! If you have
family member living at Willowdale Manor Senior
Residence,... I would strongly advise you to
move them out!
